At Salaya Pavilion Hotel and Training Center, our culinary team has prepared various selective and creative menus to reflect the different styles of Asian and Western cuisines. Each menu has been specifically created to blend with the surrounding of each restaurant.

We are a hotel where people should relax and enjoy, but we are also prepared for the occasional busy business man, lecturers, students and parents who might be in needs for a quick set menu or easy snack-dish.

Our ongoing and never ending special menus and seasonal promotions are almost always available of our outlets. We have two restaurants and one bakery outlet. Herb Garden restaurant where there are lunch buffet and various choices of Western a la carte menu awaiting you. Another is the little mango bar restaurant, this is an idealistic restaurant equipped with bar if you wish to zip any type of cocktail with our Italian menu and some quick dishes while sun sets. Last but not least, our petite bakery outlet – Bake and Bite - you will find so many tasty good choices of bakery, take-away fresh salad and pasta and much more.

The most important thing is, all restaurants act as a real training place for our young professional students, they are waiting for the opportunity to service you. And, while our staff and interns are serving you, behind the scene in the kitchen, all the food training of interns are going on as well by our kitchen team. So, your presence is not only to be our customers, but also their real life teacher as well.
